CICA Music School and International Festival's Mission is to provide a creative and inspirational learning environment that enables young musicians to pursue their professional path thorough an enriched learning environment by providing the highest quality music education and orchestral training with our outstanding International performing artists; thereby enriching culture and the quality of life and the Arts in America and the world.
Our programs:
CICA Summer Music Festival programs include different levels of music education for students from age 3 to college students, graduate students, and semi professional level musicians. Our younger students program also offers a parents' class to help parents learn more information and better ways of helping students learn.
Our programs include: Individual Study, Master Classes, Chamber Music Program, Advanced Symphony Orchestra Program, Concerto Competition, Suzuki Summer program, Mozart Program (for Young Children), Violin Makers Conference, Chorus Program, Opera Program.
Children are our future, and music education is a wonderful way to improve the world...
We believe that providing inspiration and learning opportunities to children and people in the world will help children and parents learn better ways of pursuing happiness. Through music, children can learn the beauty of love and sharing. Through learning music, children can be inspired by the beautiful music they create with various instruments, voices, styles, and musical motivations.
Much change can be made from one simple inspiration. Because of the opportunities we can provide for children through these inspirations, we should take advantage of our abilities to inspire our children. Many things like ambition and visions for the future can be positively improved from a single inspiration.
Any single child could possibly make a significant difference in the world, and any child can learn the ways of succeeding and helping others.
When the children learn the music, they will be able to focus on using their creativity and their heart to be creative while working with others. When children learn to share beautiful music together, they learn how wonderful it is to love others, and they notice how much more happy their lives become in doing so.
Through inviting world-renowned musicians, artists, and teachers from different parts of the world, we gather together each year during different seasons to help students and parents from different cities and from different countries share wonderful musical experiences and education together.
